"CNR" brand series of rebar thread rolling machine, which owns scientific structure type and stable control system. It's easy to operate. The main type: QGL-32, QGL-40, QGL-50, QGL40/50 chamfer rolling machine. It can finish three process of chamfer of end of steel bar, steel bar stripping, and rolling thread together when clamping steel bar in one time, which enhances the working efficiency.
The product has been exported to many foreign countries, such as Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Australia, India and so on. The lifetime of it is 3 or 4 years. It wins the recognition of our customers.
The characteristics of QGL series rolling machine:
1. It applied to steel bar connection technology straight thread machining process.
2. It applied to machine domestic 16-50mm steel bar of HRB355, HRB400, HRB500 class and HBB355, HBB400, HBB500 class directly. Designed and manufactured in compliance with ACI318, JGJ107, UBC 1997, BS8110, NF35-20-1, DIN1045, ISO/WD 15835 (Draft).3. It can finish three process of chamfer of end of steel bar, steel bar stripping, and rolling thread together when clamping steel bar in one time, which enhances the working efficiency.
4. It adapts two control methods of manual operation and self-automatic operation. It owns simple structure, stable control system and easy operation.
5. First ribbing and then rolling the steel bar. The thread accuracy does not been effect on the changes of steel bar size. The thread is good and the accuracy is high.
6. The lifetime of new type adjustable rib blade is longer than the general blade, which enhances the lifetime of roller wheel and cuts down the machining cost of joint.
7. The machining range of it is big. You can just change the different roller head and roller wheel in one machine, then it can machine φ16mm-50mm thread.
8. It is easy to adjust the machine and the spare parts are universal. When it is rolling the different type of steel bar, if the thread pitch is same, it can finish the different types without disassembling roller head. No matter machining positive and reverse thread, it just needs the same rib blade and roller wheel.
9. It can be machined the positive and reverse thread in one machine head without ordering special anti-buckle machine head. You can just assemble the machine head ,turn eccentric shaft sleeve off 180°and then reassemble it. It is easy to do it.
